Prevention is the cornerstones of the practice hence regular check ups are essential to maintain the health of your teeth and minimise the need for treatment in the future by allowing early detection.
At our practice and within the community work we do for oral health promotion and diet advice, prevention includes:
• How to clean your teeth and gums
• food and drinks to avoid for good teeth
• protective coatings on teeth
• mouth guards
• full mouth examinations
• fluoride applications

We are a progressive group of dental professionals comprising dentists, dental specialists, dental therapists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, dental receptionists and practice manager. Regular courses and dental meetings help us bring to you the very best and up to date Dentalcare.
